- If you suspect that your account has been compromised, contact our support team immediately.
- 13800 shall not be liable for any losses resulting from a user's failure to keep their login credentials secure.
3.User Responsibilities and Usage Rules

- Using automated software, bots, or scripts to access or interact with the platform without prior written consent from 13800.
- Attempting to bypass, hack, or interfere with the platform's security systems.

4.Payment and Transaction Information
All transactions on the 13800 platform are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). The following payment terms and conditions apply to all users and should be read carefully.
Funds deposited into your 13800 account are strictly for use on the platform. All deposits are processed through supported payment methods, including Maybank, GrabPay, and local bank transfers in MYR.
Withdrawals may only be made to a bank account registered in the same user's name. Minimum limits and processing times vary depending on the chosen payment method. Identity verification may be required for withdrawals exceeding certain thresholds.
Confirmed bets cannot be cancelled. Processed deposits are non-refundable except in the event of a verified technical issue acknowledged by the 13800 team. Any transaction disputes must be reported within 7 working days.

Users whose accounts have been suspended may contact the 13800 support team to request a review. Any legitimate funds remaining in a permanently closed account will be processed in accordance with the applicable payment policy.
Intellectual Property and Third-Party Links
All content on the 13800 platform — including logos, designs, text, software, and graphics — is the exclusive property of 13800 or its respective licensors. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or use any of this content without prior written permission from 13800.

6.Changes to Terms and Applicable Law
